Naturally, you will be a skilled researcher with strong experience across all quantitative methodologies with a strong delivery focus. You’ll be a clever thinker, a challenger of the status quo and a creative presenter who can deliver actionable insights with style and authority.
You will have the responsibility for managing the delivery of a quantitative tracking and ad hoc programme of work for one of our biggest clients with further opportunities to work across a range of other exciting clients on an ad hoc basis. You will showcase your expertise through your strategic thinking, commerciality and being able to support our clients in making big decisions with confidence.
You will play a key role in operating an efficient and profitable portfolio of clients, in line with client account plans.

You will be part of a wider delivery team and have a solution focused mindset, helping to resource projects and work alongside effective partners. Leading and managing the delivery team is key to this role.

You will be looking to technology to enhance not only what we do but to improve the participant experience. You will be open minded to using fresh and innovative ways to approach client research needs and to deliver insight that wows clients and make them come back for more.
You will be a confident client and internal team manager, leading projects efficiently from proposal and pitch through to delivery, alongside your senior and junior colleagues. You will be confident in presenting to clients and will be able to work at a consultative level with both clients and partners.
