The role we a looking to fill is for someone with 2-3 years’ agency experience with quantitative experience a must.  You will have experience at all stages of the project lifecycle, from assisting in proposals, questionnaire design, project setup and ongoing management, right through to working with the team deliver actionable insights with style and authority.  The ideal candidate would also have some experience in conducting and integrating qualitative research into client debriefs, e.g. focus groups and depth interviews. You’ll be able to work as part of a close-knit team, but have the confidence and ability to think on your feet and make your own decisions.

Role detail

Expertise

You will be responsible for the ongoing management and delivery across a range of projects, including trackers and ad hoc projects, for a set portfolio of clients.

Commerciality

You will have efficient project management skills, being able to deliver research programmes on time and on budget.

Teamwork and collaboration

You will be a key member of the delivery team, so working closely with junior and senior colleagues is essential. 

Innovation and technology

You will be open-minded to using fresh and innovative ways to approach client research needs and to deliver insight that wows clients and make them come back for more.

You will have a strong client service ethic and pride yourself on meeting and exceeding client expectations across all aspects of the agency/client relationship.
