Qualitative Senior Research Executive (London)

We are currently looking to grow our dedicated qualitative team in our full-service London office. Naturally, you will be a skilled researcher with experience across a range of qualitative methodologies and have the proven ability to design research materials at all stages of a project. As part of this role, you’ll work across a range of sectors including retail, media, connected tech and others.
We help clients with all aspects of their business including product and service development, customer experience, brand and creative development. You will be skilled in a broad range of research applications, thrive on variety, and know the best solutions to meet our clients’ challenges.
This exciting role will span:
- Delivering high-quality projects to our current clients, including project set-up, design of project materials, fieldwork moderation, analysis and reporting
- Assisting in growing and developing our client relationships and base through methodology design and proposal writing

More details on the role
You will work with the team and support in developing a number of accounts (as well as assist in developing new ones) by delivering project-winning projects that challenge the status quo and highlight your expertise, strategic thinking and creative delivery.
You will showcase your expertise through story-led debriefs. Strategic thinking, sector knowledge and commerciality will be strong to support our clients in making big decisions with confidence.
You will be self-motivated, proactive with your clients and able to play a key role in generating new business opportunities.

You will be part of a wider team and have a solution mindset, helping to resource projects and work alongside effective partners and freelancers.
Innovation and technology
You will be looking to technology to enhance not only what we do but to improve the participant experience. You will be open to using fresh and innovative ways to approach client research needs and to deliver insights that wow clients and make them come back for more.
You will be confident talking to clients, and working on all aspects of integrated projects including proposal writing, fieldwork moderation, and insight delivery.
Our ideal candidate would be:
- Strong grounding in both traditional and online / mobile qual approaches
- Proactive, dedicated, enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude and approach
- Strong and creative communicator with excellent written and spoken English
- Self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously but also a strong team player
- A ‘people person’ who enjoys building relationships with colleagues and clients
- Curious with a drive for developing work, others and self
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)

Hours of work: Full time, 35 hours per week based in the London office
