Qualitative Lead (Research Director/Associate Director) - London
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience) and significant bonus potential

A new opportunity for an ambitious researcher to lead and grow our qualitative team within our new London office in Clerkenwell.
You will have a natural drive and be looking to develop your career quickly as part of an agency with ambitious growth plans and fresh ideas on how to deliver impactful research and insight. This exciting role will span:
- delivering inspirational qualitative projects to our current clients
- growing and developing our client relationships and base
- helping to shape a best in class qualitative offer
- managing and building an effective qualitative team
Naturally, you will be a skilled qual researcher with strong experience across methodologies, including in person and the latest digital approaches. You’ll be skilled at integrating and triangulating research results to present a compelling story to your clients. You’ll be both a clever thinker, a challenger of the status quo, and a creative presenter who can deliver actionable insights with style and authority.
You’ll work across a range of sectors including media, consumer tech, retail and more. Clients you would have the opportunity to work with include TalkTalk, News UK, Dixons Carphone, Post Office, BBC, Hive and Camelot to name a few. There will also be an opportunity to work and build upon our international projects.

Trinity McQueen is an independent agency that provides full service bespoke and high quality research based-advice to our clients. We grew out of a brand and communications agency based in Leeds in 2013 and have quickly established a reputation for creative, award-winning insight, that has a positive impact and is delivered with style.
We are a team of 40+ researchers, working in a creative and supportive environment where we trust people and empower them to make decisions. In London, you will be part of a growing team of 10+ researchers whilst also having the opportunity to work with, and have support from, a highly experienced qualitative team in our Leeds office.

You will work with the team to develop a number of accounts (and develop new ones), delivering project-winning proposals that challenge the status quo and highlight our strategic thinking, technology enhanced solutions and creative delivery.
You will showcase your expertise through story-led debriefs and mentor junior team members to develop their skills in this area. Strategic thinking, sector knowledge and commerciality will be strong to support our clients in making big decisions with confidence.
You will be self-motivated, proactive with current clients and able to generate new business opportunities your teams development and the agency’s growth plans (with support from the senior management team).

You will be part of a wider team and have a solution mindset, helping to resource projects and work alongside effective partners and freelancers. As the team grows, recruiting and developing the qualitative team in London will be an important part of the role.
Innovation and technology
You will be looking to technology to enhance not only what we do but to improve the participant experience. You will seek out and be open minded to using fresh and innovative ways to approach client research needs and to deliver insight that wow clients and make them come back for more.
You will be a confident client and internal team manager, leading qual projects from proposal and pitch through to delivery at senior levels. You will be confident leading client-viewed fieldwork and workshops and will be able to work at a consultative level with both clients and partners.
