The Roles

To help achieve our goals we have created some exciting new roles that will be an important part of our future growth.

We would hope that the successful candidate/s will be responsible for:  

  • Managing survey projects from start through to final data delivery

  • Interpreting and planning surveys for Online purposes based on the clients specified requirements.

  • The speedy and accurate scripting of surveys.

  • Implementing creative question types to maximise respondent participation, resulting in engaging online questionnaires that have a smooth look and excellent UX.

  • The thorough testing and checking of survey functionality.

  • Delivery of data outputs to client requirements including data tables, dashboards and more.

  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and clients.

  • Provide trouble shooting expertise/ advice/ coordination on all data projects where required.

  • Driving efficiency improving techniques throughout the division by encouraging better, smarter, more efficient ways of working.

  • Contributing to the continued development of Trinity McQueen’s Data Services offering.


Your Experience

We are recruiting for various levels: Data Manager, Senior Data Executive and Data Executive. For all roles you should have hands-on experience within a previous data role – managing projects from scripting through to data delivery.

  • Experience of scripting surveys and data processing.

  • Survey scripting experience (e.g. Decipher, Confirmit, Askia, Qualtrics, Questback)

  • Data processing experience (e.g. Askia, SPSS, Quantum, QPSMR Insight, Q)

  • Experience of managing projects of various research methodologies.

  • A highly numerate and analytical mind.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Inquisitive, collaborative and enjoy being challenged.

  • Ability to be organised and keep on top of deadlines.

  • Ability to be flexible and respond positively to change.

  • Work effectively under pressure and deal with conflicting priorities.
