Quantitative Associate Director (London)

The role

We are looking to recruit an experienced quantitative specialist to lead account teams for some of our biggest clients, specifically within the retail and consumer tech space. You'll be based in our fast-growing London team in Clerkenwell.

The position requires:

Expertise

You will work with the team to develop a number of accounts (and develop new ones), delivering project-winning proposals that challenge the status quo and highlight our strategic thinking, technology enhanced solutions and creative delivery.

You will showcase your expertise through story-led debriefs and mentor junior team members to develop their skills in this area. Strategic thinking, sector knowledge and commerciality will be strong to support our clients in making big decisions with confidence.

Commerciality

You will be self-motivated, proactive with current clients and able to generate new business opportunities for your team’s development and the agency’s growth plans (with support from the senior management team).

Teamwork and collaboration

You will be part of a wider team and have a solution mindset, helping to resource projects and work alongside effective partners and freelancers.

Innovation and technology

You will be looking to technology to enhance not only what we do but to improve the participant experience.  You will seek out and be open minded to using fresh and innovative ways to approach client research needs and to deliver insight that wow clients and make them come back for more.

Service excellence

You will be a confident client and internal team manager, leading projects from proposal and pitch through to delivery at senior levels. You will be confident leading client workshops and will be able to work at a consultative level with both clients and partners.

About you

We’re interested in hearing from people with proven experience of delivering compelling research, creative research solutions, building successful client relationships, and leading project teams to successful outcomes. Experience and skills we are looking for include:

  • Strong quantitative research experience including delivering multi-variate techniques such as segmentation, conjoint, MaxDiff, drivers analysis
  • Experience of developing and growing client accounts including commercial responsibility
  • Ability to deliver winning proposals and pitches
  • Capable of managing projects from design through to presentation
  • Creative and smart approach to research solutions and new tech
  • Ability to deliver engaging and compelling research outputs
  • Management of effective and happy project teams
  • Proactive, dedicated, enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude and approach
  • Happy to still get involved in all stages of the research process
  • Someone who is agile and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
