We have strong foundations in the UX space and feel there is a great opportunity to develop our offer further - growing our user experience and multi-channel CX offer for existing and new clients, whilst developing our team of qualitative researchers skills in this vital space.

The role

To help achieve our goals we have created an exciting new role that will be an important part of our future growth in UX and multi-channel CX.

As a new role we’re always keen to have candidates shape the scope of the role to meet our goals. For now, we would hope that the successful candidate would be responsible for:

  • Shaping and defining our UX research services and solutions, in line with wider agency goals, CX services and sector expertise

  • Responding to research briefs - identifying and pitching the best methods to answer clients UX research needs

  • Defining, facilitating and moderating qualitative UX research projects including lab-based usability studies, remote user research, ethnography, workshops / focus groups, diary studies, eye-tracking, in-depth interviews, card-sorting, etc

  • Delivering engaging, actionable and credible research outputs and debriefs for clients, e.g. Personas, Journey mapping, user flows, storyboards, empathy maps, etc

  • Building partnerships with relevant suppliers and tech solution providers to ensure we have the latest and most effective tools in the UX space

  • Acting as a mentor for more junior staff; developing market research colleagues UX research skills

Your experience

You will have significant hands-on experience of qualitative UX research - managing projects from brief through to client delivery:

  • Expertise in best in class research solutions

  • Experienced at designing and delivering project winning proposals / pitches spanning a range of needs and UX research methods

  • Deliver compelling and actionable UX research outputs (both written and in person)

  • Working knowledge of UX principles, heuristics and cognitive biases  

  • Experience of developing and growing client accounts based on high quality, impactful delivery of projects

  • Ideally, you will be familiar with quantitative research methods and are able to synthesise data with qualitative user research to support insights

This role will also provide the opportunity to develop your own experience, working on exploratory and strategic research projects alongside UX research and working on multi-channel CX
