Senior Research Executive - Quantitative (Leeds)

About the Role

We’re looking for a quantitative researcher to join our growing team and specifically work on one of our flag ship tracker accounts. An interest or experience in qualitative research is beneficial (but not essential). The role would suit an applicant at Senior Research Executive level, with good opportunities for progression. You will be running quantitative projects - from fieldwork, project management through to delivering the final debrief, opportunities to lead proposal writing & take part in pitching.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong research agency experience, ideally within leisure/travel, retail and FMCG sectors.

  • You’ll have strong experience of setting up and running long term tracking projects, particularly online studies

  • Experience of working on ad hoc quantitative projects across the project cycle

  • Ability to lead smaller projects with support from more junior team members, and larger projects with support from more senior team members.

  • Ability to integrate quant research findings seamlessly with qual to deliver compelling, actionable findings to our clients (an understanding of qualitative research would be preferred)

  • Experience working with data analysis software, able to run tables and crossbreaks

  • Confidence to lead teams, including experts in other disciplines e.g. ethnography, focus groups

  • Good track record of building relationships with clients and experience of providing clients with consultative insight and direction

  • Strong presentation skills, credibility in front of clients and ability to present clear information quickly and with gusto!

  • Literacy: you will be writing reports and creating insight-led presentations which require a very good standard of written English
