Graduate Integrated Research Analyst

Are you looking to start your career in the science of understanding people? If so, we are looking for an ambitious Graduate Integrated Research Analyst to join our award-winning, independent agency. You will have the opportunity to learn your craft in both Quantitative and Qualitative research methods across a whole host of sectors including retail, leisure & travel, media, tech, consumer finance or utilities.

Graduate Integrated Research Analyst

Based in Leeds, full time, permanent position.

Do you have an interest in what makes people tick? and why they interact with certain brands, products and services? If so, this could be the role for you!

As a Graduate Integrated Research Analyst you will gain experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, supporting the management of research projects for our clients from fieldwork, project management, analysis and reporting right through to delivering the final presentation, with opportunities to get involved with proposal writing as well. 


Required skills

  • High standard of written English as you will be writing reports and creating insight-led presentations. 
  • Strong communications skills so you can communicate effectively with your team and embrace opportunities to engage with our clients. 
  • Comfortable handling, analysing and interpreting large data sets – and looking for “the story” hidden within it
  • Be a team player as you will be part of a 40 strong team of insight execs who you will be a key support for. 
  • Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment supporting on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Have great attention to detail and take pride in the quality of work you produce.
  • Good presentation skills and the ability to present clear information quickly
  • Be well versed in using all Microsoft Office software. 
  • Previous experience with market research data or methods is preferred but is not essential.
  • Ideally interested in and passionate about behavioural science.
