Trinity McQueen appoints new MD

Independent insight consultancy, Trinity McQueen has appointed Danielle Hume, as its new Managing Director.
Hume, who joined Trinity McQueen in 2012, and was promoted to the board in 2024, starts her new role this month.
Founders Anna Cliffe and Robin Horsfield (formerly Joint MDs) remain directors and active in business operations and client consultancy.
Commenting on her appointment, Danielle said:
“Naturally, I’m excited and extremely proud to become Trinity McQueen’s new MD. The consultancy has an impressive client portfolio and strong culture. I look forward to working with everyone, to deliver a strategy that continues to add value to our clients and ensures we’re a great place to work for our people”.
Robin Horsfield added:
“Anna and I have jointly led Trinity McQueen since its foundation 12 years ago. The time is right to seek fresh leadership as we evolve and prepare for the next phase of our journey. Danielle is a first-rate leader. Her passion for excellent client service and her desire to see our people thrive made this a natural appointment.”
There is no change in the composition of the consultancy’s management team – co-directors Simon Shaw and Laura Morris remain in post.
