Quantitative Associate Director

Permanent role; aligned to either our Leeds or London offices; full or part time (at least 4 days a week).

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Quantitative Associate Director to join our growing team and specifically work on a number of key accounts. The role would suit an experienced quantitative researcher who has worked across a wide range of sectors including retail and FMCG both in tracking and ad-hoc projects. Experience of both setting up projects and analysing data that centre around analytical techniques is required. This includes key drivers analysis, MaxDiff, segmentations and ideally conjoint. 

You will be responsible for developing client relationships & working with your colleagues to deliver excellent insight for our clients. You will also be responsible for the smooth running of a number of anchor accounts and winning new business. You will be used to the cut and thrust of satisfying insight needs within a fast-paced business, and love to meet a range of challenges as a trusted client partner.  You’ll be a great team player – and you’ll like to have fun along the way!

We expect a consultative and commercially minded researcher to be attracted to this role to support the continued growth of these anchor accounts. You will also work with our team of execs, being a role model and helping them to develop their skills and careers. 

 

About your experience 
  • Strong research agency experience
  • Proven track record of leading large accounts and consistent client relationships 
  • Strong proposal writing and ability to proactively seek new opportunities
  • Deliver insight to clients at a high level 
  • Experience of working in the Retail and FMCG sector would be ideal, but not essential 
  • Experience working with data analysis software, able to run tables and crossbreaks
  • Good track record of building relationships with clients and experience of providing clients with consultative insight and direction 
  • Strong presentation skills, credibility in front of clients and ability to present clear information quickly and with gusto!
  • Know your max diffs from your conjoints and have strong views on questionnaire design
  • You will be leading teams to write reports and creating insight-led presentations which require a very good standard of written English.
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members
