Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is being conducted on behalf of Mamas & Papas Limited by Trinity McQueen (Registered Company No. 8389485).
2. This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years or over. This prize draw is not open to employees or agents of the organiser; Mamas & Papas Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company registration number 04992387 and whose registered office is situated at Colne Bridge Road, Huddersfield, HD5 0RH, or any of its associated companies (“Mamas & Papas”) or Trinity McQueen or any of their subsidiaries, licensees or affiliates.
3. This is a free prize draw that does not require participants to make a purchase to enter. If participants decide to enter this Prize Draw, it requires participants to satisfy the Prize Draw Criteria (detailed in clause 4 to enter (“Prize Draw”).

Prize Draw Criteria

4. To enter this Prize Draw and be in with a chance to win a Prize (detailed in clause 11), participants must simply complete the following;

1. 1. Fully complete the Mamas & Papas survey sent to customers via email (“Survey”); and
   2. Opt-in to enter the Prize Draw by providing your email address towards the end of the survey. Together, i) and ii) are the (“Prize Draw Criteria”).

5. In order to qualify for this Prize Draw, participants must satisfy the Prize Draw Criteria between 9:00GMT on 9^th September 2025 (“Start Date”) and 23:59GMT on 19^th September 2025 or until we reach approximately 1,000 completed surveys, whichever is the earliest (“End Date”), together the (“Qualifying Period”).
6. Incomplete submissions, those Surveys not received by the End Date or those Surveys, where a participant does not provide their email address, will not be entered into the Prize Draw. This Prize Draw is by survey submission to Mamas & Papas only.

7. Mamas & Papas will draw three (3) winners at random using an authentic generator within 10 business days from the End Date, from those entries that have satisfied the Prize Draw Criteria between the Qualifying Period (as detailed above).
8. Only the winners of the Prize Draw will be contacted by Mamas & Papas’ customer care team within 10 business days of the winner been drawn, using the email address the participant provided when completing the survey. The winners will be asked to provide certain additional information (including but not limited to, confirm their name, UK home and/or email address) in order for Mamas & Papas to supply and deliver the Prize.
9. The prize is a one (1) Mamas & Papas gift card worth £500.00/€500.00 (“Gift Card”). All Mamas & Papas Gift Card received through this Prize Draw, are subject to the Mamas & Papas gift card terms and conditions, for UK customers click here (see clause 17) and for IE customers click here (see clause 16).

10. Mamas & Papas reserve the right to substitute the Prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The winner cannot request the Prize be swapped for an alternative product(s). There is no cash/monetary value alternative for the Prize.
11. Limit: Each participant is only permitted to submit a maximum of one (1) Survey. The link to the Mamas & Papas Survey will expire after the participant’s Survey submission. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple identities or email addresses may result in disqualifying the participant. In the event of a dispute as to any participant, the authorised account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the participant.
12. Participants understand that you are providing your information to Mamas & Papas Limited including other associated Mamas & Papas companies and Trinity McQueen.
13. Mamas & Papas are not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost regardless of cause, including, but not limited to, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
14. Where Mamas & Papas is unable to contact a winner to obtain delivery details within 14 days of randomly selecting that winner, or any prize cannot be taken up or is declined, a substitute winner may be drawn or chosen (as the case maybe) at Mamas & Papas’ discretion without further notice to the original winner and the original winner shall cease to be eligible for the Sleep Bundle Prize or any alternative and shall have no claim against Mamas & Papas.
15. The personal information provided by you to enter the Prize Draw will be used to administer this prize draw and to contact the winners. Full name and email address of the participant will be used for the purposes of prize fulfilment only (as per Trinity McQueen’s Privacy Policy) and will not be used for marketing purposes. Trinity McQueen will provide the participant’s full name and email address to Mamas & Papas to administer the Prize, participants will then be subject to Mamas & Papas privacy notice. Information provided by participants shall be treated in accordance with Mamas & Papas Privacy Policy, details of which can be found at https://www.mamasandpapas.com/en-gb/our-privacy-policy.
16. By entering the Prize Draw, participants confirm that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Mamas & Papas are not responsible or liable for any entries where the participants has provided the incorrect contact details.
17. Mamas & Papas’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. Mamas & Papas reserve the right to disqualify any participant if the entry:

• • contains content which may be discriminatory or cause offence on the grounds of a person’s protected characteristic (including but not limited to, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, race, ethnicity, religious belief, age or disability); or
  • contains content or a link to content which is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, abusive, threatening, harassing or knowingly incorrect it has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions; or
  • attacks or intimidates another person; or
  • invades the privacy of another person; or
  • contains content which it deems to advertise commercial businesses or services.

19. Winner List requests will only be accepted after the End Date (detailed above) and no later than 24th October 2025. For the Winner List, send an email with subject line: “Mamas & Papas x Trinity McQueen Survey Prize Draw, September 2025, Winner List Request,” to social@mamasandpapas.com.
20. Mamas & Papas reserve the right to suspend or cancel this prize draw where it becomes necessary. Mamas & Papas will endeavour to provide reasons with a reasonable timeframe as to why the Prize Draw has been either suspended or cancelled.
21. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Mamas & Papas, at its sole discretion, may exclude you from participating in this prize draw.
22. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
