Crafting an award-winning case for investment

Skipton Building Society had its sights set on expansion, but if they were to meet their ambitious growth targets and help more people save for the future, they needed to appeal outside of the North, and attract younger customers.

In order to convince board members of a case for investment, we carried out research to ‘prove’ the impact a stronger brand could have on sales. Our study, using conjoint modelling, showed exactly what happens every day on comparison sites like MoneySuperMarket, providing the necessary clarity to make a successful case for investment.
