THE SPONSOR

The prize draw is being conducted on behalf of the Royal Opera House by Trinity McQueen (Registered Company No. 8389485).

 

ELIGIBILITY

The prize draw is open to participants who are aged 18 or over. You may not enter the draw if you or someone you live with (defined as a family member only) is an employee or representative of the Royal Opera House or Trinity McQueen or any of their subsidiaries, licensees or affiliates.

 

THE PRIZES

The total prize draw fund is 1 x £250 Amazon voucher, awarded once the survey has been closed. The prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.

 

HOW TO ENTER

The survey will run until midnight on 15th January 2024.

Survey recipients who participate in the survey by midnight on 15th January 2024 will be entered into the prize draw.

By submitting the survey to be included in the draw, survey respondents shall be deemed to have accepted to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

For valid entry into the draw, all instructions must be correctly followed.

 

THE DRAW

The random draw for the prize will take place no later than 10 business days after the survey closes (i.e. 10 business days after midnight on 15th January 2024).

The selected entrants will be contacted via the email address associated with their Royal Opera House customer record within a further 10 business days of the draw and must confirm their full name to accept their prize. The prize will then be awarded as a gift voucher sent via email. If the selected entrant does not comply with the prize draw rules or is unable to respond within 14 days of being contacted, that entrant will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. The prize will be sent to the winner within 4-6 weeks of confirmation of the required details. Full name and email address of the entrant will be used for the purposes of prize fulfilment only (as per Trinity McQueen’s Privacy Policy) and will not be used for marketing purposes.

 

LIABILITY

The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, mis-delivered, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, messages or post; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission; on line failures; hardware software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the prize draw in any manner including without limitation, receipt of entries, entrance ability to participate in the prize draw, winner notification, or winner response to notification.
